Such services may include, but are not limited to: credit report analysis and review; credit improvement consulting and guidance; preparation, drafting, and submission of dispute letters and related correspondence with credit bureaus and furnishers; and general guidance on improving your credit profile. All services are provided in accordance with applicable law and our internal policies. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, credit score increase, or result. Services are advisory and consultative in nature; we are not a credit repair organization as defined in certain state or federal statutes where such definition applies, and our offerings should not be construed as a promise or guarantee of particular credit outcomes.
By using our services, you agree to: provide accurate, truthful, and complete information to us and to any third parties as may be necessary for the provision of services; respond in a timely manner to requests for documentation, authorizations, or other materials reasonably required to perform the services; follow recommendations and instructions provided by us to the extent you choose to implement them; and understand and acknowledge that results depend on many external factors, including the policies and practices of credit bureaus, furnishers, and creditors, as well as your own financial behavior and circumstances. Failure to cooperate or provide accurate information may limit our ability to provide services and may affect outcomes. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on our consulting services.
You acknowledge and agree that: credit repair and credit improvement results vary significantly from person to person and depend on numerous factors beyond our control; no specific outcome, credit score increase, or removal of items from your credit report is promised, guaranteed, or implied; and past performance or results experienced by other clients do not guarantee future results for you. Any estimates, examples, or illustrative scenarios provided by us are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a commitment or guarantee. We make no representations or warranties regarding the outcome of any dispute, investigation, or credit-related process.
By purchasing our services and providing any required authorizations, you grant BOOSTCREDITSOLUTION LLC permission to: communicate with credit bureaus, furnishers, and other relevant third parties in connection with the services; prepare, sign (where permitted by law or with your approval), and submit dispute letters and related correspondence; and request, receive, and use information and documentation reasonably necessary to provide the services, in each case to the extent consistent with the scope of services purchased and applicable law. You agree to execute any additional authorizations or power-of-attorney forms we may reasonably request. This authorization remains in effect until you revoke it in writing or until the applicable engagement ends, whichever is earlier.
Payments for services are due as agreed at checkout or as specified in your order or service agreement. Services begin after we have confirmed receipt of payment and any required client information. We may offer subscription or installment payment plans; where applicable, you agree to pay all amounts due according to the schedule and terms disclosed at the time of purchase. Failure to pay amounts when due may result in suspension or termination of services and may subject you to late fees or collection action as permitted by law. All fees are non-refundable except as otherwise set forth in our Refund Policy.
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the contact address specified in the Refund Policy. Refunds are evaluated based on work already performed and the terms set forth in the Refund Policy; services already completed are generally non-refundable. In the event of dissatisfaction, we will attempt to resolve the issue in good faith before making any refund decision. Before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, or legal action against us, you agree to: (1) contact our support team at customers@boostcreditsolution.com; (2) allow at least fourteen (14) business days for us to investigate and attempt to resolve the issue; and (3) attempt in good faith to resolve the matter with us. Unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first complying with this section may result in immediate termination of services, suspension of your account (if applicable), and pursuit of recovery of amounts disputed, including any associated fees and costs to the extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BOOSTCREDITSOLUTION LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for: any change in your credit score or credit profile, whether positive or negative; any actions, inactions, or decisions of credit bureaus, furnishers, creditors, or other third parties; any loss or harm arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or untimely information that you provide to us; or any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website and services at any time, with or without notice, if: you violate these Terms or any applicable law; information you have provided is or becomes fraudulent, materially inaccurate, or misleading; payments are reversed, disputed, or charged back without a resolution in our favor; or we reasonably believe that continued provision of services is not in our or your best interest. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including without limitation Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) shall survive.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of WY, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of WY, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
